Singing bowls when played can help us move into to a more balanced state of being, bringing mind, body, and spirit into a more serene state. After your Reiki session, you will enjoy a sound bath created just for you. This makes it quite different from a group sound bath that is designed for all. You will remain fully clothed as I channel Reiki and then play a sound bath created just for you.
